There are 2 powers that I can not seem to figure out.

The first is "Inquisition". I have my inquisitor sitting in a city with non-state religions in it... but it will not become available.

The second is "Regenerate". I have like 3 units with the ability to cast this... but I have yet to be able to do so as it is always greyed out.

Regeneration should have been fixed in 0.11c, I just tested it and it works fine. Keep in mind that it is permanent and won't give you the options to cast if all of the living units in the stack already have it.

Inquisition is broke, it will be fixed in 0.13.

There is a readme in the Fall from Heaven 2 012 directory that has the version number.
