Please use the new forum to discuss all Civ4-related issues. The existing Civ3 - Macintosh forum will, of course, remain in business to handle Civ3 business, covering both the vanilla and Complete versions.

Wow! Post in the Civ3 forum and like some Twilight Zone episode, the whole thing picks up, walks over and sets down in the C4 forum!

Cool!

Thanks Alan!

:woohoo:

there's a Civ4/Mac Board although there's no Civ4/Mac on market today ...

:D

Shall this be the sign that Civ4/Mac is glowing in the morning sun of the new day.

Man, I can remember reading about Civ3 here at CFC back in October/November of 2001. It wasn't released until Jan. 7, 2002. That was suffering, because the PC users had been playing it for a couple months. But, they were doing some good bug smashing for us. ;)

I vividly remember some guy named Brad telling me I needed more RAM to run Civ3. Because the 32mb I had wasn't enough.

Well, not when I looked out of the window today - but there was no sun either, just thunder, lightning, and it was raining stair rods. Better now though.

Nah! I just got fed up with being beaten up for not having a Civ4 forum, so I poked Thunderfall with a pointy stick, and we got one :D

Do we need this thread stickied any more? I think we're all here. ;)

All right, I'll unstick it. I just thought there ought to be a welcome mat.

Well,...then edit out "New" I guess. :)

Nah! As you say, there aren't many new players turning up. I'm sure they can get the hang of what this forum is about - and this thread was never exactly enlightening, anyway.
