Whoohoo! I just noticed the workboat will be done before the population increase. Which means super fast settlers. Anyone want to make 2 in a row? And found production then a research back to back? Or should we continue with the original plan to continue making 1 settler then monistary then another settler after that?Or any other ideas?
EDIT: How long does it take before building queue deteriations sets in?

Indeed, but I don't think it would be a good idea to stunt the growth of the second city. Let's build them in SL if we have to.
King Flevance Jun 14, 2006, 01:58 PM I agree that SL should pop out our settler/workers. With cornfield and crab nets and a mine they will all come out pretty steady. After the production growth we are planning on a settler. Then do we want to go ahead and get the monastary done? As I believe it will deteriorate (sp?) if we leave it alone and the turns on it will have been wasted. Then pop out a worker then settler?

if we build a settler then then out city dont grow so we might as well wait one turn for the monstery to build then start the settler

King Flevance Jun 21, 2006, 10:49 PM I beleieve we were going to delay settler production until the population increases 1 more time. If needs be let production fall back upon the monestary we are working on in the background.
koondrad Jun 22, 2006, 07:41 AM ^ This sounds like a reasonable suggestion. JJ is also right; it doesn't seem as if we'll be contested for the island/small continent. Unless anyone has any ideas, I think we should go ahead with the monastery until SL rows again.
jeejeep Jun 22, 2006, 08:45 AM Though this may seem to contradict what I said earlier, I think we should build the settler now. If I am not mistaken, we are already at size four. I normally build a settler at size three. Any more waiting would delay the settler too long.

koondrad Jul 03, 2006, 07:57 AM There's no rush. We should have a day or two until the save comes around again. Just bear in mind that we also need to decide what the worker is going to do now. Currently he is heading to the the last hill our borders to mine it. The only other thing that he can do is to farm the tiles around the lake, but it depends if you guys want cottages on them. So, in my opinion, some worker techs would be good.
Next turn we can start chop rushing, so we need some opinions on that.

Things can be changed if need be,I did have to make some decisions at my discretion there. I went with The Wheel as it seemed the most sensible way to interpret Emp's post. We can change this next turn if needs be. I chose to adopt Slavery because we don't suffer anarchy and I don't see why shouldn't have it even if we don't use it. I gave Alpha Wolf Combat 1 because it had been suggested before and because he'd be limping around with less than 1 HP without it.
Things can be changed if need be,
