I've actually decided there's no real good reason that people shouldn't post in this thread.

How do you know what techs each civ has?

Each Civ starts with a specified 2 starting techs. So we know those. In some cases, we can guess (like when we observed the pop-rush, we knew that Innovia must have bronze working, or when a religion is founded) – We'll know a lot more when we actually start meeting some teams.

All reports have now been updated through turn 43.

Innovia actually didn't pop rush (see my life expectancy post). My best guess is they discovered new techs on turn 20 and 25.
