By the way, I playtested the unit before posting this thread, and I saw the shadows in the game.;)

Good to see it converted at last! Very good one too.

1.The Run flc...Remove the duplicate 1st frame from the beginning of the flc to stop the hesitation...only need 5 frames, The same flc speed should be fine.
2.The Flee flc...Remove the duplicate 1st frame from the beginning of the flc to stop the hesitation...only need 5 frames, The same flc speed should be fine. Also remove the extra color pixel anomalies located in several directions and load the Default flc palette to it.
I have done the above mentioned things and they work fine.
The units_32 and large and small pcx files have incorrect palettes.
I corrected the palettes for your files ..with some minor adjustments to the pictures and also made some alternatives from your Default Flc.
I made another SiberianTiger_units_32 as well IF you want them as alternatives.
...It is always very difficult to make a large pcx file for the game from smaller sized pcx files such as are from the Flcs. IF you can find a Good Picture that is more toward the correct size or even larger, that would provide a far better large pcx file. So the large pcx files are not great but perhaps will suffice until you can find something better.

But the pcx alts are great! Snakelover...here are the files I have without the first frames. I added the default palette and removed the anomalies from the Flee Flc as well.
See if these will be ok for you. One problem is the frame size is rather small and this cuts out some animation in a few directions for the Flee Flc.
