View Full Version : If you had $100 Amazon gift certificate? Narz Jul 04, 2006, 01:02 AM Which computer & board games would you buy? Kozmos Jul 04, 2006, 02:49 AM It depends what kind of games you like? Narz Jul 04, 2006, 02:54 AM Ok, I like chess, Risk, Settlers of Catan, Monopoly. As for computer/console games I like Civ (I & II) and old school (NES) RPG's and strategy games. I'm too lazy to learn a complicated game (like Civ III or IV), the best are the "easy to learn, difficult to master" type. :) Kozmos Jul 04, 2006, 03:53 AM C&C: The First Decade is out...its all twelve C&C games packed into a single package. I'm sure someone else can help you better with what you are looking for. Perfection Jul 04, 2006, 10:39 AM I'd buy textbooks. Tycoon101 Jul 04, 2006, 10:57 AM On Amazon I would get Alpha Centuri, Galactic Civilizations 2, and the book that Moss wrote. Narz Jul 04, 2006, 02:25 PM I'd buy textbooks. Isn't there a place where you can get cheaper textbooks? Kan' Sharuminar Jul 04, 2006, 02:40 PM Isn't there a place where you can get cheaper textbooks? Not with $100 worth of Amazon vouchers, there's not ;) CivCube Jul 05, 2006, 11:01 AM I wouldn't get an Amazon gift certificate period. The fact that you have to use a credit card to activate it reeks of poor customer service. carmen510 Jul 05, 2006, 03:17 PM I would buy Destroy All Humans and I wanted a $1,000 certificate. *drools* Narz Jul 05, 2006, 03:41 PM I wouldn't get an Amazon gift certificate period. The fact that you have to use a credit card to activate it reeks of poor customer service. Why's that? puglover Jul 05, 2006, 06:58 PM I'd probably buy a PS2 and Battlefront 2 to play on it. CivCube Jul 06, 2006, 02:53 PM Why's that? Because you shouldn't need to give your credit card number to someone for something that's free. They don't even have a customer service number listed on their page. Narz Jul 06, 2006, 05:35 PM Because you shouldn't need to give your credit card number to someone for something that's free. Yeah, that's odd, you'd think a big company like Amazon would have one... eBay makes you give your bank info too though, even if you don't sell.
