Anyone know if Civ saved files from a PC will load on the mac version? I have a game that I started on my Uncles machine, if I can continue this game on my Mac, I will buy the game in a second.

Well, I just downloaded a game from the SG forum and tried. I had to manually remove the .txt extension Safari added, and put it into the appropriate save game folder ("single", here). Then, it loaded up perfectly, with no problems at all.

You should be fine.
