With all the latest news on Europe uniting into one continental power(A.K.A. the EU) I figured I'd put Europeans back into what they do best, fighting massive wars and killing each other. The Challenge for this particular game will be to automatically declare war on any other European civ I happen to discover.(Russia is included as a European Civ)
