Is there going to be a demo released to satisfy our hunger until the game ships? Does anybody have an answer to this question?

Executor Indrius Jun 19, 2001, 05:37 PM I don't know http://forums.civfanatics.com/ubb/smile.gif Stormbringer Jun 19, 2001, 07:21 PM Yes, someone does have an answer. This someone is Sid http://forums.civfanatics.com/ubb/smile.gif BlueMonday Jun 20, 2001, 01:21 AM I don't have an answer for you. A few months back Danny Boy said he'd give us a head-up when Firaxis starts playtesting, but I think that they've already started cause Dan Magaha already has a copy and is playing it. As to whether or not they'll let us in on market playtesting, I don't know that either. I would, of course, assume that they'd have a demo version available for download once they release the final product. ------------------ I take every day one beer at a time; every beer one sip at a time. GenghisK Jun 20, 2001, 04:47 AM I've also "heard" about some "beta" of Civ3 that might be "wandering" "somewhere" on several hotline servers. Eh eh eh. The "hunting" is open now, for me http://forums.civfanatics.com/ubb/smile.gif That might be, uh, "interesting"... ok ok these quotes are annoying but I'm very careful with what I'm saying. ------------------ |
