Do they live up it?I don't think they do. You can hear bits of their influence, but it's sounds more similar to something like (recent) The Rasmus or another alternative rock band. I don't think there was any keyboards/synthesisers apart from at the beginning of the album (In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth: 3 (at least the title lives up to them)).
