In the Warlords XML\Civilizations\civ4leaderheadinfos.xml file, what does the
<iVassalPowerModifier> do?

What about <VassalRefuseAttitudeThreshold> too? Any help would be appreciated.

What are some other Warlords specific tags in that file?

Can we control the point at which an individual civ agrees to capitulate, or is there just one setting?

Those are the only two Warlords specific tags in the leaderheadinfos.xml file. I was wondering what those tags did too.

Well I notice Genghis Khan has a <iVassalPowerModifier> of 50, the highest, while Mansa Musa, Catherine and Gandhi have -20. Does this number help determine if a civ will become a vassal?

Although i dont have warlords yet I would say it relates to how easily a civ will accept becoming a vassal state and how often they will try to make other civ part of their vassal state.
