As soon as i open Civ3Edit, it says; "ERROR: Not a valid Civ III scenario file"... randomly.

Then when the program turns on and i try to load the world or something, it just says it has encountered a problem and needs to close.

Any idea?

It sounds like your civilization.BIC file is corrupt. Try a reinstall of Civ3, plus patching it to v1.29f.
