This is a World was 2 Scenario that involves the whole world. Alot of the countries today are still colonies of the British empire. The countries involved

This United States is not at War with Japan or Germany but has the industrial might to influence the war.
Germany has a many Panzer divisions but is lacking in a critical resource "OIL".
Japan is already at war with China and has conquered large parts of the Chinese mainland Japan is also lacking in Oil.

Need technology for better ships(no places for frigates and galleons in WWII)Eastern part of Europe is little strange (Poland is too big, Finland over Norwegian dominance and no Yugoslavia and Romania?!) Oil may be in the sea near Norway and in Romania. Bucurest and Belgrade may be barbarian, or Bucurest German or Italian and Belgrade neutral(swedish). Also there is no Iran. Again, make Teheran barbarian,neutral or even British. Finland may be German or special new nation (and give Norway to German, but after it you have to change year and give some other cities from China to Japan or Portugal join the Spain) Beyrut may be French and Tel Aviv change to Yerusalem if it is for three religions holy city...Benelux missing, but for gameplaying its not necessary...Relations are quite good, but maybe more cold between Soviets and other allies. Watch out about further peaces...

Thnaks heaps for that input my knowledge on eastern Europe was sketchy. I have made some changes in the direction of your suggestions. I have placed Yugoslavia as part of Greece and Finland is part of Germany (They did collaborate with the Germans). I have renamed Tel Aviv to Yerusalem but I didnt include Beirut as it would be to crampt in the Middle east. I have made Tehran Barbarian so they can be captured to secure oil. You were right Poland was to big I have adjusted this and made the Russian Border stretch further into Europe. The flags of each nation have been changed to their World War 2 equivalent.

I assume this is for Civilization IV (the original). Will this be Warlords compatable in the future?

A feature of warlords that would enhance this scenario would be Vassal states the ability to subjegate another civilisation is part of what really happened in world war 2. For example Vichy France a puppet government controlled by the Nazi's. Also after the Allies conquer Italy and Germany they subjegated both Nations. US military bases exist in both countries today. To make the scenario more accurate it needs to be Warlords compatible. Also making Australia,India,New Zealand,Canada Vassal states of Britian would balance the scenario.

Nice..only about Finland: "They did collaborate with the Germans" is not exactly, Finland was attacked by Soviet Union as were attacked Baltic states. Baltic states falled and Finland hasnt choice than be partner of Germany, because Western states were (as in Ethiopia, scraps of Czechoslovakia, Austria, Baltic states) only protesting....

Canada was a country in the Second World War... we proveded our independence and strength in the First World War when we never lost a single battle.

Unfortunatley we didnt have a very large force... we had 2 battleships and 1 cruiser in the Second World War :( but we still had very well triained units.

i agree that canada was independet but the independence was not based on great victorys in the first world war

what size is world map going to be?
