PC.IGN has posted an article (http://pc.ign.com/articles/716/716491p1.html) containing detailed info on all six new civilizations in the upcoming Civilization IV: Warlords expansion. The leaderheads for Wang Kon and Mehmed II, unique buildings, unique units, leader traits, starting techs, and favorite civics for the new civs are all revealed.
