Special Note: ROTCWinter has released Lord of Middle Earth (http://forums.civfanatics.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=356) for Civ3, the revised edition of Conquest of Middle Earth modpack. It can be played in both single player and multiplayer modes. Lord of the Rings fans should definitely check it out!
