There are lots of cool files this time, but if I have to pick one, it would be TheLopez's Building Resource Converter Mod (http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=179993). This mod component allows you to have buildings that convert a combination of resources into a new resource. For example, a Steel Mill building could convert 1 Coal and 1 Iron into 1 Steel. It should open up lots of possibilities.
