Im thinking about changing the starting units to 10 Settlers, 5 workers and 4 Explorers, if that is possible...

Unfortunately, not possible to change the starting units like this. You can change the 1st and 2nd unit type from Settler and Worker to something else. This in on the General tab I believe. If you take settler out it can be a pretty boring game though ;)

Yep I know... I realized that. But it can be done with the Multi Tool. (Adding units that is...)
