Here is a preview for Link from Zelda. It is a request from Whats a Bhamut and since I promised. ;)

I have only done 4 direction of run so far so it will take a while more to complete. While I don't have to draw this from scratch (animation taken from Ultima Online :) ), I do need to combine like 6 animation into 1 for each direction of each action!! (naked body, leather armor, boots, hair, hat and sword) :D

Here is the NW run animation. Any comment on this unit's animation is welcomed.

Heh, the old armors are all pretty long and that makes them look like skirts. ;)

Hehe...actually I was getting lazy and there is only one type of long hair available to choose from UO animation. :p UO has either top knot, short, curly, page boy, long or pony tail and of course bald. ;)

And so I thought I will just give him longer hair. :lol:

I shrink the images as the original is too big for Civ3 and the color is mess up, especially the Civ color :P

I might need to redo the work. Oh well.

First of all, Link is LEFT-HANDED. And he has a shield.

Like its been mentioned, his hair is too long. Or something.

I think it looks too much like an elf and not enough like Link himself. You could use the N64 version of Zelda for a guide I suppose.

Green should be darker.

I think the tunic should be a lighter green.
