The Civilization IV: Warlords Info Center has been updated. Some of the additions include civilization flags, unique building icons, unique unit details, wallpapers section, and improved article navigation. All the info in there (except the scenarios info) have also been verified with the release version of Warlords.

Hmm, no information about stuff like which units have changed from vanilla? (Like Chariots having +100% vs. Axemen)

The Warlord is still listed as being able to start Golden Ages and discover technology. This is true in the Mongol scernario and perhaps a few other scenarios but certanly not in the main game.
