Is there a way to make the gametime go in weeks and months instead of years?

Use the worldbuilder, save the game. Then find "... CALENDER_YEARS" at the start of the file and change it into "..._MONTHS" or "..._SEASONS", weeks might also work, but I have not testet that, yet.
