OK, I have a complex problem that probably has a million different ways to go about solving it, but none of them seem to be working. So I'll start with the simplest question in the hope that anyone here has an answer.

Is it possible to take screencaps using Realplayer? I should add that the computer I'm trying to take it from is using Windows 98 (its a long story, but its the only computer I have that plays DVDs).

I've tried to ask other people for help and someone suggested I use Media Player Classic instead (Windows Media Player doesn't seem to be working for some reason). But the image saving feature didn't work for me (I got an error that said "GetCurrentImage failed, hr = 8000ffff"). If anyone knows why its doing that, it would also solve the problem.

If you guys can help me out at all, it would be great :)

Problem solved (well, sorta).

I found a program that runs on Win98 and can take screencaps, so I used that.
