Im new to the Civ series and since buying this game I have enjoyed it immensely. Im trying out my luck at Noble at the moment and have read Sisi's guide yet i still have a couple of questions.

How many workers do you normally have by the end of the game ?

How many specialized cities do you have and how many of each ?

Do you start speciliazing the city as soon as you build it early in the game or do you aim for growth?..If so ..when do you start specializing ?

How do you ensure growth in production cities, especially when they are surrounded by mines yet you dont have enough population to work them?

What type of victory do you reckon I should aim at with the Arabian civ (used them after reading sul's walkthrough) and what tech path should I follow?.
