So this all started a few months ago... What happens is, I get onto C3C and go to multiplayer, once I get a game I want to be in I'll join and check box and all that jazz... the problem comes after that, once the host launches, I get the box saying "Waiting to Connect" or similar with a countdown of 20...19...18..............0 Once it hits 0, the connecting screen goes off and my whole civilzation freezes; it forces me to end task in task manager. I tried installing on another computer in my house and I got into 1 game before it started happening to the computer I'm on now... I don't understand what the deal is, any remedys? Thanks a lot Turner! I appreciate the help! I read over the thread and opening ports for some reason didn't solve the problem but once I put my router in DMZ mode I hosted a game and succesfully played it... Thanks again
