Some good examples are TheLopez's MAD Nukes Mod which lets you manage your nuclear weapons using a neat interface, Dale's Age of Discovery scenario which has just reached v1.0, Amra's Modpack v2.0 for Warlords, Warlords version of Dale's Combat Mod, NeverMind's Static Leaders and Movies Pack v2.0, kodzi's cool 3D leaderheads, and the very useful Civ4 Reference Charts by Michelangelo and KroYM.
