What if your warrior, in his loin cloth, all of a sudden died in the tundra(he froze).

How might someone go about doing this.

Ideas please.

In the Song of the Moon Belizan coded attrition via Python where units took damage outside of their cultural borders on the Lunar surface. I imagine being in the tundra could be done similarly.

Attrition is also in Rhye's mod, specifically for non-Russian units in Russian borders.

I would definitely like to mod in attrition for units in enemy borders or hostile terrain (and to a lesser extent neutral terrain), but I don't have the knowledge base just yet, and am mainly doing extensive xml editing on the modding front. I also wouldn't mind latitude-based attrition for sea units in ocean squares; it would make that trip to the new world a bit tougher on your caravels (and kill off any pre-modern naval units hanging around the poles for too long).

I'm planning on adding attrition as a new Trait ability (obviously to be combined with Protective), I'll probably also add it to Wonders of the World and or Technology. I hadn't though to add it to Terrain but now that its mentioned it sounds like a realy nice idea.
