hi all
my idea is to have maps with specaily placed black spots these spots if you send a unit in a black spotit comes out of the other end
this would make earth maps more realistic
eg
x blackspot
o normal tile
u unit (the unit is going nw)
p where unit goes

so larger maps

what part of the real world would this represent to make earth maps more realistic

oh sorry if you sail northin stead of coming out in the south you come out off the top

ps i dont think this would work

Well it would kitty corner to the other side of the north portion of the map. It is practically un-feasible even now in the modern world, on any kind of large scale. Air missions might work, and nuklear strikes, but in the game is only ICBMs so it really would have no real effect.
The US Sargo navigated a course through the north pole, back in the 50s, in order to sail nuclear subs to russia, but there are no subs with nukes in the game (yet)
