I hear there's a new PC patch in the works (I guess 1.18). Are all the patches cumulative--i.e. if I were to install 1.18 (I currently have 1.17f), would I get the changes made in 1.17g as well? I've been applying each patch individually up until now, but I haven't bothered to apply 1.17g yet.

Yes, each succeeding patch is a superset of the previous one. The intention is that at any given time you can apply the latest patch to any interim version and have the latest.
