Any new game or even a saved game will load to 30% and then the program quits to desktop.

I tried a system restore to a point where the game worked.

I tried to "repair" the game through the install wizard.

I uninstalled and re-installed the game. Again, load to 30% and quit.

I did not load any new programs since my last game play.

HELP!!!!

Not sure what you're saying. I tried pulling up an earlier game, no luck. Tried a new game with no luck. I restored the system to a time that I know the game was working. No luck.

What is is running with the game? Word, Paint, etc...

Have you installed anything recently?

Might want to check for spyware, virus, etc.

Really hard to say what is causing the crash at this point.

Are you running Vistas? If so, that's your problem. Try downgrading to XP.
