hi. I have civ 3 complete and im having some trouble editing the rules for a scenario. I know how to edit the rules but when editing the civilizations and adding new ones in, it doesnt save my changes.
So when i save, all my changes are saved except for the new civilizations i made.
Does anyone know why i cant save my new civilizations in that i have added?

You can have 31 civs at max. Probably the civs you made are beyond that number.

yeh now it works lol such a simple problem
