Hi, just bought the Warlords pack and am having real trouble. It's probably something really obvious for those in the know, but I'm not!!! Now my original Civ4 game won't work and I've tried everything.

The message I get is:
Failed to allocate video memory please try reducing your graphic settings
file:/source/civilisation4/SDKs/Gamebryo2_0/CoreLibs?NiDX9Renderer.NiDX9RenderedTextureData.cp p, Line: 170

Any help or advise would be really great!
