ok so heres my problem ... every time I try to intall my civilization 3 game it says this "Error installing Ikernel.exe. (0x10000)" if anyone can help me that would me awsome and I will be eternally greatful

Its an installshield error. Try their tech support - I found this page (http://consumer.installshield.com/kb.asp?id=Q108247).
