I have 4 folders in my games... CIV and warlords which seem to be empty.
Hotseet, Multi, Pittbosss and Pbem.

I only play single games, not on-line, or with my friends.
Can I safely remove these folders...

Yes, but if they take up no room, why bother? Even if you do, I would not actually be surprised if CIV re-creates them every time you launh the game though.
