CIV Gold 3.0 is available for Warlords:

There were some issues with this version, so it is advised to apply the CIV Gold 3.0 Warlords patch:

The file has been deleted from Atomicgamer, so it is now longer able to be downloaded.

That's odd. I'm not sure what happened there, but the file seems to be still there at http://www.atomicgamer.com/file.php?id=59319

Be advised that you also need the CIV Gold Warlords patch (http://forums.civfanatics.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=7200) to get the game going.
