My civ3 conquest cd couldnt find the file. I think that part of the cd has broken. can anyone send me the file above.

Note: when im playing with/against hittities if achieved the industrial level game crashes.

No, that would be piracy. Reinstall the game. If your CD is broken, you can email the publisher and ask them about replacing it.
