Don't think you industrious should get this instead of organized? Only reason I could think of that they wouldn't would be because then Bismarck would be able to build them at 4x speed (assembly plant gets 2x bonus from coal) but now Freddy is going to be able to. Doing this instead would balance the traits better at higher difficulties.

I think factories should get an extra bonus to Industrious because:
Factory- Industrial
Industrious- Industrial
They make sense don't they?

I don't think either should. Organised is already powerful and the industrious trait has (as I've argued in other threads) nothing to do with industrialisation.

Industrialism has something to do with industry, and industrious came from the word industry (or was it the other way around) so it's logical an industrial building should be boosted with an industrious Civ

'Industrious' is a label. The bonuses given by the trait labelled industrious don't have very much at all to do with industrialistaion.

So somehow Forges are not 'industry' now...

Factories would be more appropriate if linked to industrious.Yes but organized can also justify half price to wonders it depends on your interpretation of the word.Anyway Organized can be referred to "Industry"

I'll retract my reasoning for not giving faster factories to industrious (though I'm not completely convinced) becauset the trait doesn't need that bonus.

From the realistic perspective, any 1/2 price Factory should come from Industrial, not Organized.
From game play perspective, I really don't think Organized needed any improvement. It's already plenty strong. So I voted that neither should get it.
