I look at Civilization IV’s files on my computer for a long time, trying to find ways of customizing; and back to Civilization III’s files, I thought:
Customizing Civilization IV is a lot harder than customizing Civilization III!!!!!
Am I right?

You're probably right, but there is an entire creation and customization forum where you'll get a much better answer.

I thought civ 3 was harder to add things like units to the game but i think that might be because i'm now used to civ4 modding

So many things can be changed, in CIV IV, with just notepad.

Yea, but the editors put all those tags into a more comprehensable form.
I can use both script & editors, & I think I'm better w/ script.
