1st of all thx to everyone that make guides and tutorial to help newmodders - I mean newbies - to understand something.

My question is this:
is there any tutorial about modifing AI behaviour?
and is there any tutorial explaing how make some events happens at a certain date?


My idea - I know it could be hard, but hardworking is not a prb - was to create a sort of real hystorical timeline: for ex. on the september 2001 insert the attack at WTC that in game means many different changes, for ex. lowered diplomatical relations between US and some States.
And along with this insert for ex. UE like UN - so if someone decide to produce the wonder of the CEE than could produce UE (really simplified) and open a new window with some votations and so on.

I think it needs a lot of work but I'm not scared I've always loved hard programming work - I've learn ASP internet language bymyself for example, and just to create an online database auto updating with online queries and so on...
