Annoyingly the PCX version of this file won't Zip to under 500kb so I've coverted it to .JPG.

It's easy enough to convert back to PCX.

Simply unzip into your Civilisation3/Art folder.
Then use an art package to convert to PCX

Remember to backup your old title.pcx

Remember, the new limit is 300k not 500k, that's probably why it won't fit. If it won't fit, just upload it to the file server and link to the file there.

I noticed that you obviously scanned this picture from a book or some other two-page picture.

It works with C3C and Civ3. It is made for Civ3 so you get an ugly result with C3C. :(
