I know there was a thread on this a few months back but i think that now it would be a good time to work on this.
Basicly the idea would be to detail the possible ways to accuratly reflect the differing war strategies that occured.
There would be 5 sides
Croatia
Yugoslavia
Bosniak/Moslem BiH
Herceg Bosna (permanent alliance with Croatia)
Republika Srpska (permanent alliance with Serbia).
There is some good homework to be done - i would like to make this more then a military conflict but it would have certain aspects of events. basicly i am thinking like wonders or value points. you get strategic points for controling certain areas (Sarajevo being the big one)) and of course certain thinks like outside interventions (those that happened but also those that didnt) would be possible.
What i am looking at right now is to discuss the options in terms of how do show fights for cities, namely sarajevo and mostar where halfs of the cities were controled. I am thinking maybe - victory point/ resources?
