Instead of having a Project & Mod Development (http://forums.civfanatics.com/forumdisplay.php?f=215) section separate from the Civ4 Creation forum, I decided to make it a sub-forum of Civ4 Creation. :) It should be more convenient this way since you don't need to browse to a different part of the forum.
