according to GA's checklist, we also need to decide on a UN rep, who will announce our votes for map and civ choices to the UN. good UN reps are usually fairly active, understand the ruleset, and are willing to get along with the other teams. so, if there are any volunteers or nominations, please post. :)

looks like we have a race! if no one else wants to run, then i'll put up a poll in a few hours. also, can we agree the winner will be UN rep only until the game starts, and then we'll have fresh elections for the game's beginning? (and hopefully a constitution of sorts by then, as well).
