Can someone please build a mod for me because i have no idea how to do that.

What do you want it to do? Need a lot more information before you'll get any bites mate.

I would like someone custom design a mod for me. ( i said nothing more because i wasnt sure if anyone would be willing)

Anyways, I would like it to be based around The late antiquity through the dark ages and ending in the late middle ages.

For civilizations/leaders I would like the following included:

Western Roman Empire - Diocletian / Valentinian
Eastern Roman Empire - Constantine/Theodosius II/Justinian
Persia - Khosrau
Arabia - Muhammed
India*
egypt(after muslim conquest) - Saladin
The franks - clovis/Charlemagne/Louis IX
The Anglo-Saxons - Alfred the great/Ethelred
The Visigoths - Alaric
The Vandals*
The Saxons(germany)*
THe lombards*
THe Normans - William the Conquerer
THe Vikings*
Kieven Rus'
The Huns - Attila the Hun
Hungary*
Scythians*
The ostrogoths*
The Mongols*
Turkey - Mehmet

(I dont know the leaders of the civs with *)

The Tech Tree could stay the same along with the buildings and units but with a few additions

The DOme Of The Rock
Any others sought fitting

The whole thing can be title The Late Antiquity or The European Dark Ages

My suggestion:

Have a look through the tutorial forum. There's some excellent guides on how to mod in there. It should at the least get you 75% of the way to completion. :)
