Well I started my first try, but it said me that I am defeated. Suprisingly I saw that I and 2 others civilizations have 10 000 points...well what I made wrong?

What are you talking about?

I think he made a scenario, and at start up, he's getting a "you have been defeated message" before even starting.

This can happen for a couple of reasons...

-you've preset starting locations that are in the ocean.
-for some reason, your not getting a settler at start
-if your scenario has units that are not in the mod you are using it for

There are likely many other reasons, as well. Are all the civs like this? Or do some of them work?
