The search isn't cooperating at all. If it yelds do results then you still have to wait 60 seconds. :mad: And even so, i had to search my stash for the Teutonic castle converted from AoE because the search didn't find it.

Anyway here are the stuff i'm looking for :

Mag-lev train
A pentagram
A crashed Ufo (i've seen it as a resource only) or a plain ufo.


I won't even think of asking for the specific stuff i need ... i doubt those will ever be made.

Well... yes, sure. I actually dunno exactly what i want at this. But i think a blood-red pentagram on a floor with candles would be broad enough for other people to use too. :)

I do...

One of the very first units made for Civ3 was the UFO. I don't remember who made it. I took one of the animation frames of that unit and made that resource. Someone later took that resource and made that crashed version, I think specifically for BBW.

As far as the mag lev goes, I am pretty sure I saw it here about a year or two ago. Search the graphics forum.

A quick search for the Sankore University seems to point the fact that it was NEVER made.
How could this happen ? :shake: It's even a great wonder in Civ4.

I don't want anything fancy. In fact, just a mag-lev rail on civgrass would do fine. It doesn't even have to be that close to the real thing.

I've looked through supa's Pharaoh threads and i don't see it. But then again, the previews don't work anymore and i can't download stuff here ... Acording to the titles and stuff in posts it seems the obelisk isn't there. :(

Probably a language difference. The distinction isn't a Wiccan thing, it's just something that Wiccans are more likely to know.

I agree with the distinction Plotinus is making; another difference is that I've heard people who should know talk about entering a drawn pentagram as part of a ceremony, I've never heard a pentacle referred to similarly.

Right, so i made the Golden Calf and Maglev, I added the Civ4 pics for the Sankore University. And i've found crappy replacements for several others.
So i'll just add what Rob and Spacer will do and i'll finish all the buildings for my mod.
I can get started at adding them to the game. :)

From what i've heard there's Katelin and stuff like that as girl names in english.
The ă in my name is pronounced like the "oh" in "doh". (i mean Homer's : "doh")
The accent of the whole word "Cătălin" falls on "lin" so the "ă" are very short.
In Katelin or Catherin the accents fall on "Kate" and "Cath".

I know the temple you wanted in the mountain is bigger, but I cant find any "large" tamples in mountains like that...all I find is smaller 1-2 story temples...

anyway, this isnt done yet, still toying with what to do about the big hole in the front...and Im prolly gonna add some trim to the windows (I need new textures, and as of yet I cant make em)...So lemme know what you want to change, and I will have this done very soon (I swear this time its true)

[edit] after looking at it, I think I will raise it up a bit, and put some sort of balcony/walkway in the front...longer stairs...taller pillars...it looks very squat

One thing I'd like to say about it: mountains are not that flat. Make it look more natural and less like a wall. ;) :D

actually from the sources I saw, the mountains are either selected for being flat, or carved flat...

tho when/if I move it up, I will put more angle on the mountain

Maybe you could try making the mountain a bit more inclined, but i'm not sure it will be of much effect.
Anyway, it would be good if you could lift the whole thing up a bit and put the porch-like thing (walkway) and bigger stairs to it. :)
The hole in the front and the windows are ok - i don't think they'll be seen at civ-scale; i dunno if i'll be using a 3D Splash on this one.

ok, so like I thought, Im gonna leam the mountain wall back 10-15 degrees, and move the temple up what would be 15-25 feet...add more stairs...more details...etc...it wont be long now...maybe even tomorrow...

I was thinking about making semi-ornate railings around the 2 "balconies" that will be put on the front...and it has to have walls on the side if I lean the mountain back, or there will be open space there...maybe put some kind of design in the windows...I dunno...any suggestions are welcomed...

I don't like the trees on the ground in that pic tho. The ground should be dirt like. Yellow like the mountain but another shade. (i dunno if it should be lighter or darker)

I decided not to do the extra "frills" since most of the temples carved out like this, that I can find, dont have much in the way of "ornamentation"...so, barring any further work youd like done, I will start finishing it off

I plan on darkening the pink roof to a red color...half cause it may interfere with transparancy, and half cause it looks too circus-y

The color of the mounatins & ground looks great. :)

One thing tho ... the shadow that falls on the mountain (left of the temple) looks kinda wierd.

I see you added the wooden floor inside. :)

The shadow does look odd...I didnt notice that...must be due to the changes I made to get the color of the mountain right...

The wood floor prolly wont show up in Civ scale, but it looked bad without it IMO...
