Well ive rechecked the game structure for Rise of the Axis: Europe Aflames (RA:EA) and I've changed it. The changes are as follow:

Game Changes

Infantry:
-Infantry
-Composite Infantry
-Anti-Armor Rifle
-Bazooka Infantry
-Marines
-Special Forces*

*The special forces are national units that there is only 1 allowed to build. sure enough, they are invisible and have a pretty high attack. Too invincible? spies are now 15 allowed to be able to see the special forces and if detected all units have a new command called "Counter Operations" where they gain a +100% V.S special Forces.

Armor:
-Armored Vehicle
-Tank
-Advanced Tank

Air:
-Fighter
-Bomber
-Composite Fighter
-Heavy Bomber

Naval:
-Battleship
-Destroyer
-Transport
-Amphibious Transport*

*Amphibious Transports have the command "Amphibious Strike" which lands all units and removes all amphibious landing costs.

Artillery:
-Artillery
-Proximity Fuze

Machine Guns:
-Gatling Gun
-Machine Gun

Special:
-Spies*
-ICBM
-General**

*players are allowed 15 spies now

**General is like a warlord unit. not really. They have no attack and are invisible, but give units some very useful commands:
-Sneak Attack: for 3 turns will make all units invisble
-Morale Boost: All units +1 attack forever
-Ambush: all units +3 attack for 1 turn
-Master Strategy: all enemy terrain defense and unit abilities are null for 1 turn.

after using any of these the general will be consumed. A player can only have 5 generals at a time.

Gameplay changes:
-There are now 24 max civs
-New specialist: Commander*

*The commander gives a city +20 defense and all units built +1 experience points.


The game should come out by the 20th
