But serious: from what I recall of my history courses, the civ4 ancient era huts aren't too bad for those mesoamerican civs throughout the ages. Which leaves perhaps the odd ziggurat/pyramid styled building here and there.
If you could show pictures of what you want, perhaps a modeler would be more inclined to take your request(s).

Notice the second era(first from the top) of my Mesoamerican cities I made for Civ3, those were what the Mayan(and possibly Aztec I believe) actually looked like):
