Looking and figuring out customization of Civ3. (LOVE THE DALEK UNIT)

There is one unit I want (with proper .wav) made up. Sure, this maybe a bit old, but I would love a Gungan (or a Jar Jar) unit. Would love to have it as a barbarian unit and kills tons of them:lol:

I think there is an old Gungan Trooper converted from Galatic Battlegrounds floating around somewheres. I suppose that would work, but the quality is lacking.
