View Full Version : Chicken! Thunderfall Apr 02, 2002, 12:33 PM Boycott MacDonald's!!!! :crazyeye: http://www.civfanatics.net/uploads/pic26169.jpg damunzy Apr 02, 2002, 12:43 PM This is sick humor! more like Horror! I said to my wife that you'd have to give me a lifetime of free meals to make up for that and my wife responded with "Are you sure that you would want to eat there after that?". I don't know, I beleive accidents happen, but that must have been one sloppy food preparer to miss something like a big chicken head....or maybe he just thought it was a marketing promo! :crazyeye: Ohwell Apr 02, 2002, 12:47 PM    :crazyeye:   Mixed expressions of that! Damn I wish that happpened to me so I could get free meals for 2 weeks...:o :) G-Man Apr 02, 2002, 12:48 PM Didn't her mother tell her that you NEVER throw food? NEVER! I wa always told that there are hungry kids in India so I shouldn't throw food. Do they have Mcdonnalds in India? Knight-Dragon Apr 02, 2002, 08:39 PM In the olden days around here, chicken heads were eaten too. Some of the older people still eat them nowadays. No joke. ;) Chicken feet too, come to think of it. :crazyeye: LaRo Apr 02, 2002, 10:42 PM They should have make a wish, this is so rare. damunzy Apr 02, 2002, 11:38 PM Originally posted by G-Man Didn't her mother tell her that you NEVER throw food? I hear they don't serve real hamburger (made from cow meat). I wonder why not? ;) Knight-Dragon Apr 02, 2002, 11:43 PM Originally posted by PaleHorse76 I have heard they do, but I have not seen one there myself. I hear they don't serve real hamburger (made from cow meat). I wonder why not? ;) Obviously McD's take local cultural conditions into consideration. In India, the cow is a holy animal. Like in Msia/Spore, here they don't serve pork. ;) Cos Muslims not supposed to eat them, for religious reasons. But you probably know that anyways. damunzy Apr 03, 2002, 01:08 AM ;) Gives it away. allhailIndia Apr 03, 2002, 06:13 AM Originally posted by G-Man Didn't her mother tell her that you NEVER throw food? Well Mcdonald's is in India, but it is facing such severe competition from local fast food chains, (Indian fast food that is;)) that they barely have 20 restaurants in all of India. Not just Mcdonalds, but other fsat food chains have had to cut prices, totally revamp menus and have aggressive ad campaigns, just to stay alive. Don't worry about hungry Indian kids, worry about Hungry Afghan kids now ;) Nahuixtelotzin Apr 06, 2002, 06:25 PM OK, it's a bit hard to find a chicken-head in the chicken nuggets. Rating: :crazyeye: But the fact to desire 100000$ as compensation is :crazyeye: :crazyeye: :crazyeye: :crazyeye: If they get through with this, I'd go out and look for chicken heads then, it's a great way of getting money allhailIndia Apr 06, 2002, 10:13 PM Why do you think I have been haunting the local KFC's and McDonalds' ? To find a peice of cow in my Veggie Burger of course!!!!:crazyeye: :crazyeye: :D Pellaken Apr 09, 2002, 07:22 PM actually, I work at McDonalds, and there is no way this could have happened my accident. perhaps a joke, and the bad was given to the "wrong" person. dannyevilcat Apr 10, 2002, 12:24 AM I'd heard this before. What grounds does she have for the lawsuit? $100,000? For the love of God, what for? It's gross, but not traumatizing.. I mean they DID know they were eating a chicken, right? philippe Apr 10, 2002, 09:31 PM THAT chickenhead!!!!!!that is my sister!!!!!!!! I am assuming that English isn't his first language and maybe the post is missing something in the translation from the original thought...... duke o' york Apr 12, 2002, 03:33 AM Phillipe's all right. Sure, he makes some weird posts but I doubt that it's with any kind of mean intention to spam up the boards. And who are you to say that his post was spammy. Have you ever seen his sister? Knight-Dragon Apr 12, 2002, 03:43 AM Originally posted by duke o' york Phillipe's all right. The working environment of McDonalds is awful. Yet their McChicken tastes good. ;) As long as it is really a McChicken... |
