hi guys can any of you tell me if there is a mapmaker for warlords i had a great 1 for civ4 where a picture goes in the background and you draw over it then you play on it in game.

I don't believe so, check the mods section of the forums. The only thing I can think of is start up a game and go to World Builder CTRL+W
