I'm playing Warlords emperor level with Cyrus of Persia. I like conquest and domination victories which seem to require early wars. I also like the unpredictability of fractal maps, but on the rare occasion when it gives me an island start I'm totally stuck.

So how would you play this island? (which is the largest I've ever seen)
